Tess Viglione is a dynamic, and versatile member of the Data Collection department at National Field Services, serving as a Field Operations Executive. Starting at National Field Services in 2015, Tess brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as a CATI interviewer and Team Leader. In her current position, she is involved in many key functions encompassing staffing, project management, and quality control. As a key figure in the team, Tess heads the important responsibility of hiring, training, and onboarding new CATI interviewers, equipping them with industry knowledge, CATI best practices, and a thorough understanding of ISO requirements. With a keen eye for maintaining high data quality standards, she conducts regular staff reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure interviewers consistently deliver exceptional results.
